Obtaining documents and certificate

Obtaining certified death certificate by our funeral director and the funeral allowance certificate (certificate according to form 33). The medical death certificate is issued at the mortuary’s registration desk. Both the certified death certificate and funeral allowance certificate are issued in the Civil Registry Offices.
